I'm Anastasiia, and baking has always been my passion. Originally from Ukraine, I moved to the USA in 2022, bringing with me a rich culinary heritage. My journey into the world of pastries began long ago, baking cakes and pies alongside my mother. Those early experiences instilled in me a deep love for creating delightful confections.

A pivotal moment in my baking journey was when I attempted to make macarons. These elegant and finicky desserts captivated me with their delicate structure and complex flavors. The challenge of perfecting macarons ignited a newfound passion, inspiring me to explore and master this sophisticated treat.

Every creation at Anastasiia's Bakery carries a piece of my Ukrainian soul, blending traditional flavors with modern twists. My goal is to continually grow, experiment with new products, and bring joy to my customers through unique flavors and handcrafted desserts. Whether it's a classic macaron, a rich cheesecake, honey cake, zefir, or an innovative new pastry, I hope every bite conveys the love and care infused into my baking.
